Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Strategic Partnerships Manager role sits at a classic SaaS leverage point: turning a major enterprise ecosystem into a repeatable go to market channel. With Deel operating a broad HR and payroll platform across many countries, the SAP relationship is not a logo exercise but a practical route into complex, regulated customer environments where integrations, governance, and field alignment determine outcomes. The DACH focus also signals a market where enterprise buying cycles and partner credibility materially shape distribution.
For a SaaS career, the work builds durable skills in partner led growth: designing co sell motions, creating operating cadence and measurement, and translating product integration priorities into commercial impact. It also offers exposure to the mechanics of scaling alliances across EMEA, where coordination across sales, product, and external stakeholders is a core competency. Experience here tends to transfer well to platform, infrastructure, and horizontal SaaS categories that depend on ecosystems.
This role best fits someone who prefers structured, stakeholder heavy work and enjoys building clarity where multiple organisations intersect. It will suit a senior operator comfortable representing a SaaS vendor with executive counterparts, while staying close to field execution and deal strategy. Remote setup supports candidates who already operate effectively across regions and time zones.
